How do I order?

• You can add items to your shopping cart as you browse, view what you have placed in there at any time, and remove any unwanted items before proceeding to the checkout to pay for your order.
• Select an item you wish to order and click the 'add to basket' button. This will put the item into your shopping cart
• You can then either continue shopping or proceed to the checkout if you have everything you want to order.
• Once you have selected all your gifts and any cards you wish to include, click 'proceed to checkout'.
• At the checkout you can complete all the delivery details for your order. You will have the option to send more than one gift to the same address or to send a variety of gifts to different addresses. Please see Delivery Info for a breakdown of the charges and options available.                                                                                                                                                   
• You have the option to include a free message on an A6 gift card when you place your order.
• If you have a discount voucher please redeem it prior to proceeding to the Worldpay payment page.

Confirmation of Order
Once you have placed your order online, you will receive an emailed confirmation of order with all the relevant details listed for you to check.
This will give you an order reference which you should quote if you have any queries in respect of the order.

Can I view my order history online?
Yes. This may prove useful in a number of instances, for example if you have sent a gift to the recipient before and want to make sure you do not send them the same gift again!

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, provided you let us know in writing 5 working days before your order is due for delivery. All cancellations receive a full refund.

I have a big or complicated order and it would take too long to complete it online.
For many businesses sending multiple gifts the best option is to call us in the first instance. We will go through all the options and discounts available and then send an order confirmation for you to check. If you are then happy to proceed with the order you can pay by either credit card over the telephone or, if your order is due for despatch in more than 7 working days, by company cheque.
