Wine, champagne and hamper gifts: 
Delivery is charged at £6.99 per order to one address, Mon - Friday, UK mainland. Saturday delivery costs £24.99 per order to one address, UK mainland.
      
We also offer am deliveries and deliveries to non-mainland UK and European addresses but they do incur a surcharge. Please call us for a quotation.

Orders received before 2.30pm will be delivered on the following working day or on the date you specify from the dropdown options. Orders received over the weekend will be despatched on the Monday following for a Tuesday delivery.

All consignments are fully tracked. We can tell you where your consignment is at any time and can show you the signature and time of its arrival within 15 minutes of successful delivery.

Can I include a gift card with my order?       
Yes - simply fill in the box on the delivery page. (Back to the top)

Delivery to your own address.         
It is straightforward to have your order delivered to your address. Simply select your address in the delivery dropdown box. (Back to the top)

Delivery to a different address.
         
If you want to have your order delivered to another address, you will need to add this address by clicking on the box at the top of the page. You will then be able to select this address from the dropdown underneath the delivery date calendar.  (Back to the top)

Delivery to multiple addresses.
         
You can send your order of gifts to multiple addresses. Select 'Send to multiple addresses' and then click to add new addresses. You will then be able to see these in the delivery address dropdown beneath the calendar. However, if your order is complicated it may best to call us on 01606 831313 as we will be able to save you time and money. (Back to the top)

Can I have my order delivered abroad?
         
Yes, although there are some restrictions. Call us for a quotation as costs vary depending on the size of the order and the destination. Many of our large orders at Christmas are sent abroad and we have lots of experience of effecting swift delivery to many countries; please just call us and we will be able to help. (Back to the top)

Multiple recipients
             
If there are multiple recipients at the same UK address (this applies to many corporate clients sending gifts at Christmas), you may wish to call us in order to save time processing the order. (Back to the top)
 

Our Delivery Service       
Should the recipient not be there to sign for the gifts, the carrier will accept a signature from anyone else at the address. If there is nobody at the address, and this applies to some home deliveries, a card will be left advising that a delivery has been attempted and that the consignment will be auttomatically sent out for re-delivery the next working day. Alternatively, if there is a Post Office nearby, the carrier will take the consignment there and leave a card for the intended recipient at their address advising them to collect their parcel from the local Post Office. If a second attempt at delivery is made and it is unsuccessful, the parcel will automatically be returned to the local depot where it will remain for a maximum of 28 days. This is so the recipient has the option to collect it from there - a useful contingency when people could be away on holiday or business for a few days. For the reasons above, it is very useful if you can supply us with the telephone number of any recipient (s) in your order as this gives us the option to call them to resolve any issues and make sure they get their consignments swiftly. We will also be in touch with you if we see a consignment has not been delivered to take your instructions in the first instance. Our aim is to provide an excellent service. If, after two attempts at delivery and a period of 28 days for the consignment to be collected from the local depot, the goods have still not  been collected by the recipient, the consignment will be returned to us. At this point we have to charge for any re-delivery to the original address  or for delivery to an alternative address if, for example, the recipient has moved house or no longer works at the original address. (Back to the top)

Guarantee of Delivery

All consignments despatched from our warehouse are monitored on a real-time tracking system which provides us with information that enables us to let you know exactly where your order is, including what time it arrived and who signed to confirm receipt.  (Back to the top)

Refunds, Cancellation and Complaints
       
You may cancel your order at any time and for any reason within 5 working days from the date you have specified for delivery provided that your request is made in writing to us. We will refund the order in full. Any complaints are taken very seriously and we always endeavour to resolve issues to the complete satisfaction of our customers. (Back to the top)

Provide Postcodes and Telephone Numbers
   
Our delivery service is based on postcodes so please ensure that these are always provided. It is very helpful if you can also provide the telephone numbers for any recipients in your order. (Back to the top)
 
PO Boxes         
Please note that we do not deliver to PO Box numbers. No UK carriers offer this service for wine. (Back to the top)

Damage or Loss
         
Damaged or lost goods are always replaced, free of charge.  Our delivery service is based on postcodes so please ensure that these are always provided. It is very helpful if you can also provide the telephone numbers for any recipients in your order. (Back to the top)
