Bianco Cube IGT 2009
A blend of Trebbiano Spolento, Grechetto and Pecorino, this stylish, fruity white is pale yellow straw in colour with a fragrance evoking memories of yellow fruit, pineapple, peach and apricot.
It is extremely refreshing on the palate, with a finish showing soft, tangy notes. Both appealing and approachable, the wine is beautifully presented in a style consistent with the aesthetic appeal of all the products from this innovative winery.
Rosso Cube IGT 2009
A lovely ruby red colour, this appealing wine is made from a combination of Sangiovese, Cilliegiolo and Canaiolo grapes to produce an aromatic, bright and zesty wine.
The fragrances of red fruit on the nose are followed by a refreshing palate that finishes on a soft, smooth note.
Trebbiano Spoletino IGT 2009
Made entirely from Trebbiano Spoletino, this is a delicately scented wine with hints of aromatic herbs creating a pleasant nose.
Bright straw yellow in hue and with a velvety, rounded, refreshing taste, the finish is long-lasting with citrus and almond flavours emerging.
Montefalco Rosso DOC 2006
Grape composition: Sangiovese 70%, Sagrantino 15%, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon 15%.
The Montefalco Rosso displays crisp acidity and a judicious use of tannins help create a lingering finish. The wine is purplish-edged ruby in colour, with fragrances of ripe, red fruit, dark cherry preserves and a hint of balsam.
The smooth and mouth-filling palate has good weight and satisfying complexity, thanks to prominent redcurrant and wild red berry fruit flavours.
Montefalco Sagrantino DOCG 2005
Made entirely from Sagrantino, this ruby red wine is weighty with excellent complexity and texture and has a beguiling fragrance of ripe blackberries and cherries with a soft mouth feel characterised by chocolate overtones.
It is incredibly succulent in the mouth and though initially smooth, the finish reveals good use of tannins and acidity. An intense wine, it's perfect with full-flavoured dishes and most meats.
Blanc de Blanc Trebbiano Spoletino 2009
Created exclusively from Trebbiano Spoletino grapes from the Novelli estate in San Marino, Spoleto, this lively sparkler has a mousse of soft, creamy foam and a fragrant bouquet marked by elegant citrus notes.
The elegant, velvety flavour has perfect balance and subtle traces of acidity linger to create a crisp, invigorating finish.
Rose de Noir Sagrantino 2009
This superb rose sparkler, made in the traditional method, is produced using 100% Sagrantino grapes. Elegant and refined in flavour, the wine has a lovely, fragrant bouquet characterised by notes of wild berry fruit. The gorgeous antique rose colour adds to the wine's considerable aesthetic appeal.
Excellent as an aperitif and absolutely perfect with shellfish, cured meats and light cheeses.
